Returns & Exchanges Policy Overview
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Important Hygiene Note: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following intimate apparel items unless they are defective or we sent the incorrect item:
- Bikini Tops
- Bottoms
- Active Tops
- Plus Size Bottoms
Additionally, any items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Ship It Back: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product), we will happily cover the return shipping costs.
The Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
