We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products: Bikini Tops, Bottoms, Active Tops, and Plus Size Bottoms unless they are defective or we sent the wrong item. These items are intimate apparel and must meet strict health standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

Exchanges
